About the Job:
The Duck Company is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Senior Market Advisor (Senior Territory Sales Representative) who will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our existing customers as well as prospecting your territory to define new leads across North America and the Caribbean. Our sellers meet our customers face-to-face where they are located - their store, a neighborhood coffee shop, or in their market.

This individual must be able to create and execute a sales plan that is geared toward your customers in your defined territory. You must be well versed in driving profitable sales growth by planning, telling a holistic story (brand presentation), traveling to the market, listening to customers, and driving sell through. You will be joining a strong team and must be comfortable with drive, communication, and trust.

Please note: This position is 100% on site in Arvada, CO and requires 50% travel.

What you’ll do:  Who you are: What you bring: Benefits that we offer: Salary Range: Earning potential of $90,000 - $120,000, no cap on commission. In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.

Mental/Physical Requirements: While in the office this position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. While traveling, this position requires the incumbent to be able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, and sitting for long periods.
