Drees Homes is seeking candidates for a Marketing Coordinator position in our Austin, TX Division office.
In this position, you will perform work to ensure the timely flow of sales and marketing information for the Austin Division.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting the Division Sales Manager and Market Managers through maintenance of Sales Centers, collateral needs and marketing efforts
- Create and proof promotional flyers, newspaper and magazine ads and direct mail pieces and coordinate with the printer
- Responsible for scheduling and coordinating marketing and marketing supplies for all model home and sales trailers
- Coordinate and order all signage and work with vendor for placement
- Update and maintain date in various Drees systems and monitor for accuracy
- Plan and coordinate market and model home photo shoots
- Act as Realtor liaison, send email blasts and work with Realtor Advisory Board
- Order gifts for customer referrals and closings
- Assist the Sales Manager with the marketing budget
- Coordinate luncheons, meetings , grand openings and company events
- Coordinate scheduling and training of Community Representatives
- Variety of other responsibilities to support sales and marketing
Requirements include:
- Marketing and administrative office support experience
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field of study preferred
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with MLS, Contact Management Software and/or JDE a plus
- Creative and resourceful
- Must be organized, detail-minded and process oriented
- Must be outgoing, creative, and energetic
- Ability to work independently
- Must have strong follow-up skills and the ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous Internet marketing, sales and/or homebuilder experience a plus
