Assisting the Nurse Manager of Surgical Services, the Perioperative Assistant RN Manager will spearhead the nursing aspect of patient care and oversee the quality portions in the department (accreditation and assessing quality of care). They will demonstrate excellent clinical skills and act as a resource for staff and ensure each patient is met with quality care in each aspect of the Surgical Department.
