Negotiation Skills: Negotiate plea deals or reduced charges with prosecutors.
Legal Research: Stay informed about criminal laws, precedents, and legal developments.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Florida Bar.
Proven experience in criminal defense.
Strong courtroom presence and persuasive communication skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and protect clients' constitutional rights.
