Scope
As a Sales Development Representative you are focused on supporting the sales department globally with internal sales related activities. This includes sales on outreach, prospecting, quotes preparation, small quotes and lead qualification.Job Description
Lead Management
- Generate qualified leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps
- Contact & qualify potential customers
- Represent EVS' products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how solutions meet customer needs
Support of commercial campaigns
* Drive specific commercial campaigns including contacting potential prospects
Customer relationship
- Code Reminder under Sales scope
- SLA Tracking & Follow-up
- Follow-up of Material Expected in Return (MER) with customers and sales colleagues
Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activitiesProfile
* Bachelor’s degree in Sales or related field, or at least 3 years of experience

- Fluent in English
