POSITION SUMMARY
This role will be essential in supporting and implementing the Practice Services and strategy of the Straumann Group throughout the North America region. This involves providing value-added services aimed at improving our customers' business capabilities to foster practice and business expansion for both customers and clinicians. Collaborating with cross-functional teams across North America, this position will work across all brands within the Straumann Group portfolio. 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
    Lead the project management of Patient Management Loyalty Programs, overseeing the entire process from acquisition to case acceptance for surgical specialists, general dentists, and labs, ensuring adherence to budget and agreed-upon deadlines. Additionally, oversee customer services aimed at enhancing relationships and facilitating growth within their respective practices or businesses.
    Collaborate to co-create, implement, and execute marketing programs aimed at acquiring new customers and increasing sales.
    Co-manage market research, data analysis, and competitive intelligence efforts to identify and communicate sales market opportunities.
    Supervise external ad agencies and consultants providing support for practice growth and service initiatives.
    Foster customer engagement within their practices or businesses.
    Assist in the development of commercial marketing strategies and offerings.
    Contribute to the development and upkeep of the overall national practice services strategy and its outcomes.
    Work with customer marketing and education teams and partners to promote offerings through an omni-channel approach.
    Oversee sales analysis, forecasting, and pricing strategies to demonstrate ROI.
    Engage with internal stakeholders, particularly the sales force and cross-functional departments, and external suppliers to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Develop training materials for sales teams and customers. 
    Up to 25% travel: fieldwork, talking to customers, trade shows, regional meetings, etc.
    Fulfill other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    Bachelor's degree 
    3+ years related marketing experience in Medical Device/Life Sciences Industries

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 
    Strong project management skills, organization skills 
    Proven ability to collaborate effectively throughout all levels of the organization.
    Proficiency in Microsoft 365 PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
    High level of organization, accountability, initiative, and ability to independently prioritize.
    Strong relationship management with exceptional interpersonal communication skills. 
    Structured, analytical, strategic thinking.
    Advanced understanding of the value and positioning of Education and Practice Growth solutions and services from a practice and customer perspective
    Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and quickly master new products and services.
    Outgoing, welcoming, and professional demeanor; high energy and enthusiasm
    Ability to responsibly prioritize in a time-sensitive environment.
    Clear, concise communication and strong attention to detail
