Position: Senior Strategic Finance Analyst

At our company, we're seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Strategic Finance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategies and supporting significant strategic initiatives. Leveraging your expertise in financial modeling, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights and drive informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Financial Modeling Initiatives: Develop and enhance complex financial models to support strategic decision-making, focusing on areas such as pricing optimization, risk management, and new product initiatives.
- Strategic Finance Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue-generating projects, utilizing financial analysis to present actionable insights to senior management.
- Market Trends Analysis: Stay informed on market trends and competitive landscape, aligning our products and platform accordingly through rigorous financial analysis.
- Decision Support: Guide senior-level strategic decision-making by designing comprehensive investment memos and supporting documentation.
- Project Management: Efficiently manage strategic finance initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are successful.

Qualifications:

- Expertise in Financial Modeling: Proficiency in developing advanced Excel-based financial models; experience with SQL and VBA is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to deliver insightful financial analysis and synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Project Management: Strong background in managing projects efficiently and meeting deadlines.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing business needs.
- Communication and Leadership: Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster understanding and cooperation across teams.
- Capital Markets Knowledge: Familiarity with capital markets and investment banking is beneficial.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required; MBA is a plus.

Additional Information:

- Hybrid and work-from-home opportunities available.
- Competitive salary range: $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits.
