Job Description:
- Medical Affairs Document Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the MDS euMDR Medical Affairs Team as needed to support the transition to euMDR.
- This individual will also be responsible for collecting, organizing, and assessing the required documentation for Clinical Evaluation Plans (CEP) and Clinical Evaluation Reports (CER) from various functions.
- The Document Coordinator is efficient, organized, resourceful and functions well both individually and as part of a team.
- Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
- General clerical duties including photocopying, fax, e-mail and mailing as needed
- Maintain electronic filing system for CEPs/CERs
- Manage requests for information and data
- Manage workflow, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of high school diploma. Associates Degree preferred.
- Three to five years’ relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent PC computer skills
- Flexible and adaptable
