Job Description: Our client is seeking a highly efficient and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, ou will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our prospects and customers by fielding inbound inquiries and outbound customer resolution through email and phone calls. You will assist existing customers with questions regarding their partial dentures related to their current (device fit question) or post-purchase process (e.g., billing), as well as provide support to prospective customers to help them determine if our partial dentures are a suitable solution for their needs. Responsibilities: ● Respond to inbound inquiries from prospects and customers via email and phone calls promptly and professionally. ● Outreach to existing customers for purchase and post-purchase resolutions. ● Provide exceptional customer service to both existing and prospective customers. ● Assist existing customers with questions or concerns regarding their partial dentures, including troubleshooting issues and providing solutions. ● Educate prospective customers about our products and services to help them make informed decisions. ● Maintain thorough knowledge of our products, customer issues, challenges, and solutions. ● Utilize customer service technology platforms such as Zendesk and customer databases effectively. ● Represent brand positively and professionally in all customer interactions. ● Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures. Requirements: ● This role is considered a FT onsite role so that the customer representative can work closely with our lab technicians for quicker customer service resolution matters. ● Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, ideally in healthcare, personal care, or the medical and dentistry area. ● Experience working with customer service technology platforms such as Zendesk and customer databases. ● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. ● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers. ● Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to manage time effectively. ● Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand our products and primary customer issues. ● Highly motivated and driven to help customers and represent our brand effectively.
