Design and execute the necessary experimentation of new products, technology transfers and process improvement of existing products, through the literature search, laboratory experimentation, scaling and implementation in plant, complying with GMPs, ICH Guides, Pharmacopoeial requirements to contribute to the diversification of the business. Participate in the implementation, scaling, technology transfer, optimization, problem solving and management of manufacturing processes of active pharmaceutical ingredients.
Design and execute the necessary experimentation of new products in case of transfers between sites complying with the requirements of clients and International Guides in order to contribute to the diversification of the business.
Document developments and procedures in required reports, which provide information necessary to prepare DMFs, safeguarding the confidentiality of them.
Continuous improvement, optimization of the process and robustness of existing processes
In case the person is part of the Solid State area: solve problems related to the area, development and validation of methods related to the Solid State area.
Education: Q.F.B/ Q.F.I. / Q.I. / Q. or related careers.
Experience: 5 years of experience in pharmochemical, chemical or pharmaceutical industries in research and/or production areas. 2 years of experience for master's degree or recent graduate for Ph.D. degree.
Skills: Organic/Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, solid state (desirable and required for person dedicated to this field).
Language: Advanced intermediate English
