We are a leading plant in Burleson, Texas, specializing in the production of high-quality liquid food products, including dressings, sauces, and syrups for the restaurant and foodservice industry. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sanitation Supervisor to join our team. Location: Burleson, Texas  

Work Schedule: 10 am - 7 pm, Tuesday-Saturday

Salary: Starting around $85,000 salary + 7% - 10.5% bonus

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a food manufacturing environment with supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong background in CIP/Clean in Place procedures.
• Document control experience is essential.
• Ability to work the specified work schedule (Tuesday-Saturday, 10 am - 7 pm).

Preferred Experience:

• Master sanitation schedule/scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of BRC, OSHA, SSOP, MSDS, HACCP, FSIS, and USDA regulations.
• Previous experience in a plant producing liquid food products.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise sanitation operations to ensure a clean and safe food manufacturing environment.
• Develop and implement Clean in Place (CIP) procedures, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Oversee document control processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Manage and lead a sanitation team, providing guidance and support for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination in daily operations.
