DetraPel, as seen on ABC’s Shark Tank, is an innovative company developing non-toxic, PFAS-free coatings for various industries such as Textiles, Paper & Food Packaging, and Contract Aerosol Manufacturing. As the Finance & Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in reporting directly to the CEO & CFO. This full-time position involves supporting monthly operating reviews, financial forecasting, annual budgeting, and strategic planning. Additionally, you will oversee accounts payables, accounts receivables, inventory, purchasing, payroll, and HR functions. Collaborating closely with our core team, you will also supervise a junior procurement specialist to enhance the company's financial stability and operational efficiency. HR & Administrative • Manage commercial insurance • Process company payroll and adjustments, onboard or offboard employees, and ensure HR compliance • Manage company benefits Qualifications: You'll Fit Right In If: • You have worked in a manufacturing company • You have experience with managing inventory • You are a finance wizard with 5+ years in accounting, skilled in data analysis and cost accounting • You have experience effectively manipulating and organizing large amounts of data • You are meticulous, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving. You have a can-do attitude and are obsessed with continuous learning • You are proficient with Quickbooks, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP and accounting software • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required About Company: DetraPel is the leading provider of performance coatings for various industrial and consumer verticals.
