Job description

Turner Specialty Services is looking for PCMS Administrator experience for work near the Houston, TX area. Some expected roles are as followed:

• Support data conversions ,physical & electronic, including inspection reports, piping iso's, P&ID's, drawings, photos, repair reports, and other documentation as needed.
• QC of report data/documentation associated with routine compliance. Verify information via photograph or occasional field verification for accuracy
• Communicate discrepancies to client of critical deadlines
• Report MI KPI data monthly to site management and quarterly to site PSM group.
• Provide data reports to client as requested by client

Qualification Standards:

• Minimum two (2) years of experience or equivalent combinations of experience and training
• Must possess the following competencies: Technical Capacity, Personal Effectiveness/Credibility,
Attention to Detail, Collaboration Skills, Communication Proficiency, Flexibility, Time Management,
and Ability to Prioritize Assignments.
• Post offer drug screen and signed acceptance of the Turner industries Group, LLC Drug, Alcohol and
Contraband Policy
• Applicant/employee must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of such individual or others
at the work place

Physical/Mental Involvement:

This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such
as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This is largely a sedentary role;
however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and
bend or stand as necessary. Employee may be required to do the following: reaching in all directions,
handling and manipulating objects and materials; standing; sitting; walking; seeing with or without
correction; hearing with or without correction; following set procedures and standards; applying
basic mathematical skills; ability to recognize and report safety hazards.

Work Environment Factors:

• Location: industrial construction site and/or office environment
• Mobility Barriers to Access Job Site: uneven ground level; obstructed pathways
• Climatic/Environmental Conditions at Job Site: predominately indoor climate; various noise levels
cause by tools, machinery, equipment, etc.; potential exposure to chemical substances
