As a Counselor, what you'll do

- Provide professional care for youth ages 8-18 and their families

- Assist with group activities and transportation

- Participate in treatment, assessment and collaboration with the treatment team

- Provide culturally competent service delivery

- Participate in innovative initiatives designed to engage communities in care and treatment

What you'll bring to the team

- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or related field plus a minimum of one year of experience in the provision of youth mental health services

- Willingness to work evenings (approximately 12:30-8:30pm)

- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record

- Professionalism and a commitment to excellence in care

- Bilingual a plus
