Job description
Golf Lounge 18, a premier indoor golf facility is seeking an enthusiastic person who is experienced in golf / customer service to join our team at our new location in South Windsor, CT. You will be responsible for delivering an enjoyable experience for all visitors by providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests in check-in and check-out process
- Help players understand golf (Trackman) technology, as needed
- Assist with the round setup and events
- Communicate with golfers throughout and build relation
- Assist with ordering and serving of food and drinks.
- Answers phone professionally and assist customers with booking a bay time over the phone
- Comply with best practices and operational guidelines set by Golf Lounge.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the facility manager.
Requirements:
- Must have 1-3 years of customer service experience in golf / bartending, other hospitality-related fields
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be organized, efficient and detail-oriented
- Must be enthusiastic about working with people and have a strong customer service background.
