AREA SALES MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION : The AREA SALES Manager is responsible for meeting studios revenue goals and new membership sales targeted by pre-planning with strategic community outreach, in-club lead generation, and securing member referrals. Area Sales Manager must have the ability to build lasting relationships with prospective and current members in order build a strong ambassadorship and retain members. The Area Sales Manager is rooted in hospitality and upholds our Mission of fueling energetic communal experience. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS : * Opportunity to manage multiple studios * This position offers a very competitive base salary; based on experience & performance * Commission paid on sales * Opportunity to bonus, based on performance REQUIREMENTS : * 2+ years of fitness membership sales or retail/service sales experience * Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in sales * Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, package sales, retail, and fees * Must be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email * Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment * Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement * Organized, prioritized and proficient in data management * Professional, punctual, and reliable * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information * Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the public * Proficiency with computers and studio software. DUTIES : * Lead generation including grass roots marketing and networking, I.e., drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts, etc. to promote our brand. * Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classes * Membership sales for your studios * Manage staff schedule * Supervise Sales Associates * Schedule and participate in lead generation and networking events * Hire, manage, and train team members * Display proficiency in ClubReady * Independently make decisions related to high level customer service * Collect out-standing membership dues * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio’s * Enforce StretchLab’s policies, procedures, and brand standards * Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio supplies are stocked * Ensuring studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts * Any other duties as assigned
