Uphold Service Standards
Ensuring FOH staff consistently deliver exceptional guest service.
- Supporting the Senior Floor Manager in ensuring the PR Steps of Service and Rules of Engagement are consistently met and carried out effectively, and that FOH staff use their time efficiently while providing exceptional guest service.
- Ensuring both self and others respond to guest needs in a professional and courteous manner going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
- Ensuring FOH team stays focused on guest service and uses their time effectively to meet performance and sales goals.
Scheduling & Reservations
Manage front of house scheduling.
- Confirm the day's schedule matches reservations/events for the day
- Using RESY, confirm reservations and make a seating plan with host
- Ensure Host / Maitre D’ has reviewed Guest log for each service and noted any VIP / Celebration / First Time guests
- Post staffing schedule via online platform
- Make necessary adjustments based on expected flow and reservations, and communicate changes to staff
- Input server / support staff schedules into scheduling platform and deliver to GM weekly, on Thursdays, for approval
Floor Management
Manage all front of house proceedings including guest services, restaurant monies, and FOH staff scheduling.
- Perform daily floor manager duties while ensuring smooth operations, guests expectations are exceeded, quality control standards are met, and service standards are upheld.
- Establishing the plan for the night, setting goals, creating contests, etc.
- Build relationships with first time and repeat guests.
