The Big Task:

You will supervise while your team accurately and efficiently installs top of the line air conditioning equipment in our customers’ homes. We specialize in custom luxury homes from new build to existing as well as remodels.

 

Key Sub Tasks:

• • Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and technicians. 
  • Keep your company truck clean, inside, and out.
  • Keep your truck inventory up to date.
  • Properly complete paperwork.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Have and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
  • Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

Knowledgeable in AC installations , Service , and duct work, as well able to train Employees on best practices.

Cousins Air is primer dealer we do custom installs, and service for high end homes. will need knowledge of all aspects of the HVAC business.
