Position: General Superintendent / Commercial Roofing Operations Manager

Location: Oceanside, CA

Salary:$125,000 - $150,000 DOE + full benefits and PTO

Our client has been serving San Diego County for almost 50 years providing residential and commercial roofing services and they are still growing. We are hiring an organized General Super / Roofing Operations Manager to join their dynamic team near Oceanside, CA.

The Commercial Roofing Operations Manager will supervise, coordinate and ensure the timely installation and completion of commercial roofing projects for Sales, Production and Service. They will be responsible for managing employee relations, job supervision and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary:

• Ensuring safe, profitable and quality projects
• Keeping good lines of communication between sales and operations
• Addressing any and all problems that may arise during the course of business
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Good communications with the customer, contractors and employees
• Planning jobs for labor crews
• Responsible for maintaining and managing job paperwork
• Supervise multiple commercial roofing sales, production/service crews
• Actively participate in affiliate association, ie: BIA, AGC, HOA Association, Apartment Association, etc.
• Engage membership in a minimum of one (1) Affiliate Association membership and attend a minimum of one (1) function per month.

Requirements:

• 3+ Years experience in Commercial Roofing required as an Ops Supervisor, Manager, or above
• Proven leader in all aspects of sales and production of projects
• A valid driver’s license
• Operations management experience required
• A comprehensive understanding of the commercial roofing industry is required
• Experience in dealing with HOA's
