**Remote Administrative Position - Promotions & Trade Spend Team

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

**Salary Range:** $60,000 - $70,000 per year

**Location:** Remote (Central Time Zone preferred)

**Job Description:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Promotions & Trade Spend team in an administrative role. The ideal candidate will be based in the Central time zone and possess strong organizational skills, along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience in managing retailer promotions is preferred.

**Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with account managers and assigned retailers to plan, submit, and audit the execution of promotions for our clients.


- Cultivate positive and trusting relationships with all stakeholders as the promotions lead for the region.


- Coordinate annual promo planning with our principals, account managers, and retailers.


- Work with the Green Spoon team to enhance effectiveness, productivity, and problem-solving initiatives.


- Ensure accurate documentation and filing of all regional vendor commitments in company shared folders.


- Maintain company tools and resources for our team and clients.

**Requirements:

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.


- Strong time management, multitasking, and communication skills.


- Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.


- College degree preferred.


- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).


- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in natural foods and grocery industry.


- Solid understanding of retailer promotions, promotional discounts, and pricing.


- Experience with both natural and conventional retailers is advantageous.
