Job description

This is a work-from-home position based in El Paso with  with regular local travel to school and community partner site.

Program Manager, El Paso, TX (Full-Time)

Common Threads is seeking a passionate, results-oriented Program Manager (PM) to lead our El Paso program operations. The PM would be responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with school districts, city leaders, community-based organizations, healthcare institutions and managing the implementation of Common Threads’ in-school and after-school programs. They are also responsible for maintaining a high quality of implementation, scheduling, auditing, and communication with school administrators, community partners, and Common Threads Teammates. An ideal candidate would be an expert in project management, partnership development and quality assurance and compliance of programming in El Paso, TX. 

This is a full-time, exempt position that reports to the Senior Program Manager-TX. This role will be a work-from-home position based in El Paso, with regular local travel to school and community partner sites, and occasional travel outside of El Paso. Administrative work will be completed from your home office.

Regular travel is required for business purposes, and employees will be compensated for mileage incurred during official travel. Reimbursement is for the use of a personal vehicle or public transportation and excludes rideshares.
