Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $110,000 - $120,000

Responsibilities:
- Spearheaded strategic initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and drive business growth.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Collaborate with executive team members to set and achieve company objectives.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and diversification, developing plans to capitalize on them.
- Monitor key performance indicators to track operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee staff training and development initiatives, ensuring a high level of competency within the team.
- Serve as a key liaison between departments, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
- Provide support to the CEO in day-to-day operations and decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of leadership in a dynamic operational environment.
- Strong understanding of construction operations and project management principles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving innovation.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions is advantageous.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Dominic DiPietro is the owner of ROI Construction.
