ASC-17781 - RN Step Down - Milwaukee, WI - 20 Weeks Contract
Sigma Healthcare team is looking for a RN Step Down to work onsite at our client's facility in Milwaukee, WI.
Shift : 19:00 - 07:30
Responsibilities: - Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements: - Current BLS and ACLS Certifications.
- Current Registered Nurse License.
- Telemetry Trained.
- 2 year experience PCU or ICU.
- This position will be dedicated to support the inpatient holds in the Emergency Department.
- Organizational skills to set priorities and efficiently complete assigned work.
- Ability to effectively delegate appropriate patient care activities.
