Job description
We are based out of Anaheim, and have been in business for over 30 years, and are seeing extreme growth at this time. We are a sub contractor specializing in Drywall. We currently have Multi-million dollar projects currently in process as well as forecasted for the next 10 years. We are currently seeking a Project Superintendent who is part of the carpenter union, please read on!

Oversees all activities on the construction site.
Manage and direct subcontractors and employees to ensure that all projects develop according to plans and specifications, on time, and within budget.
In addition inspect the quality of the work from start through completion and ensure that all workers comply with OSHA standards
Assist Project Manager as required.
Organize & plan job with Project Manager.
Organize, schedule & direct personnel & subcontractors.
Review cost and progress weekly.
Ensure testing coordination.
Coordinate & maintain equipment.
Field procurements.
Create and maintain field notes & daily reports.
More Than 5 Years of experience and knowledge of:
- Membership to the Carpenters Union
- Ability to manage the job site, including subcontractors, material suppliers as well as job costs, as well as ensuring that the schedule is maintained for the job.
- Thorough understanding of plans and specifications with the ability to ensure that these are followed throughout the entire job.
- $125,000 - $140,000
