Job Title: Java Developer

Location: Remote

Experience: 6 years

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Java Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Java Developer you will be responsible for the design development and maintenance of highperformance scalable and reliable Java applications. The successful candidate will work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Java Development:

   • Design implement and maintain Java applications that are highperformance scalable and reliable.

2. Coding and Debugging:

   • Write clean efficient and welldocumented code. Debug and resolve software defects as needed.

3. Collaboration:

   • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product owners designers and other developers to deliver quality software solutions.

4. Code Review:

   • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

5. Technical Documentation:

   • Create and maintain technical documentation related to the software development process.

6. Testing:

   • Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the reliability and stability of code.

Requirements:

1. Education and Experience:

   • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
   • Minimum of 6 years of handson experience in Java development.

2. Technical Skills:

   • Proficiency in Java programming language.
   • Strong understanding of objectoriented principles and design patterns.

3. Web Technologies:

   • Experience with web development frameworks such as Spring or similar.

4. Database Knowledge:

   • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.

5. Version Control:

   • Proficient in using version control systems (e.g. Git).

6. Communication Skills:

   • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
   • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

7. Remote Work Skills:

   • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment demonstrating selfmotivation and proactive communication.
