job summary:
Territory Management HVAC - Business Development
A 60 year old company and world leader in the preventative maintence, upgrades, repair, and design of energy efficient HVAC equipment, has a key opportunity for a Territory Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Direct Sales experience.
Responsibilities :
- Define the Sales & Marketing Strategy for the region
- Manage database of regional customers
- Deliver client presentations to highlight products
- Identify large scale projects that require HVAC maintenance, repair, redesign, and service solutions to control systems and ensure equipment is performaning efficiently
- Specify the development and implementation of products with Engineering Team
- Work directly with the company's installers to determine current and future requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience selling Service Solutions experience in the HVAC or related with a focus on maintance, repair, and equipment redesign
- Ability to travel throughout territory.
- Proven success in selling products
- Experience working with CRM and online sales tools.
