Job Description: 

We are seeking an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with management and the HR department to facilitate the hiring process. The Recruiter will be responsible for screening qualified candidates and coordinating interview schedules across various markets, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with management and the HR department to identify hiring needs. 
• Screen and assess the qualifications of candidates to ensure a good fit for the organization. 
• Schedule and coordinate interviews for management in different markets. 
• Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive recruitment experience. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information.
