A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN IT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

As an IT Systems Administrator on our install team, you'll start your day by picking up a load of components to take to a job site. Once there, you'll start plugging in and testing networking equipment, or you might be migrating a client to a new Nordic PC. You'll be challenged with issues that clients bring up "while you're here" and will either resolve those or submit a ticket to our support team on their behalf. Once back at the office, you will be configuring equipment or building new PCs for the next install. As your experience grows, you'll be building the knowledge it takes to move into a Tier 2 role.

Because you can think on your feet, you are able to quickly address and resolve incidents and requests. Your hard work will aid our mission and allow us to help more clients who in turn thrive and employ more people in our community.
