Want to use your leadership and financial skills to help the company deliver on their key strategic goals and initiatives? As a Manager in Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis – this role will support Walmart’s eCommerce business as a member of the larger eCommerce Finance team. Daily the Manager will work with internal and enterprise stakeholders in developing and tracking the business unit’s SG&A expenses and strategic investments. Additionally, this role will support analysis for initiatives across the eComm portfolio and communicate the results of their analysis to business partners and finance leadership.
This role will report to the Director of eCommerce FP&A & Strategy and partner with two Senior Managers on the team. We are a data driven, results-oriented Finance team focused on partnering with senior eComm business and finance leaders to influence decisions and drive outcomes to deliver shareholder value while helping our customers save money and live better.
You’ll make an impact by:
Maintaining the forecasting process for assigned eCommerce divisions and departments by analyzing recent expenditures and commitments; providing actionable insights based on the results.
Stewarding the short- and long-term financial planning processes supporting area leaders to finalize budgets, conduct budget review meetings, and present information to the eCommerce Leadership.
Working collaboratively with business partners to drive strategy and execution of high priority, high profile initiatives, owning development and reporting of key financial KPIs to ensure total company objectivity and maximize customer experience and shareholder return.
Improving operational processes within the FP&A Team and identifying opportunities for optimization or automation.
Provide input for decisions by producing financial models that translate non-financial metrics to financial metrics by incorporating assumptions, identifying tradeoff, and known risks.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 3 years experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
1+ years of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
1+ years of senior leadership decision support and influencing experience
Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency
Experience or skills in SQL, Google Big Query, Power BI or any modern tech stack
