WE ARE SEEKING TO FIND AND HIRE EXPERIENCED CDL CLASS A FLEX DRIVERS FOR THE REGIONAL POSITION OUT OF DAVENPORT, IOWA.

MINIMUM OF 3 MONTHS OF VERIFIED SOLO TRACTOR TRAILER EXPERIENCE (AFTER ANY SCHOOL TRAINING) PULL A MINIMUM OF A 40' TRAILER.

Flex drivers must be willing to run both solo and team routes . Flex drivers are responsible for filling in for drivers who
are out sick, on vacation, etc. Work consists of delivering aftermarket parts (lose package pieces i.e. hoods, bumpers,
doors, etc.) to Honda dealerships. If on a night route the driver will be given the keys to unlock the gate/doors at
dealership. They are responsible for unloading the trailer, scanning in the new load being delivered, picking up returns
and locking the dealership back up before heading out. Drivers must be comfortable maneuvering a tractor-trailer in
tight corridors in car lots in (primarily in Chicago at night). This is a more challenging route – the ideal drivers will be
comfortable with city driving (Chicago) as they frequent the city often.

1. Weekly starting pay will average $1350 Guaranteed for solo and $1550 gtd if the lane is team.
2. Average miles per week- Solo 1500; Team 3000.
3. Lanes- IA, IL, IN, KS, MN, MO, ND, SD, NE, WI (could cover any of the domiciles as needed. We would put them
   up in a hotel if needed. – A lot of Chicago driving.
4. Touch freight: Automotive Part (cages, totes, loose pieces). The physical requirement is handling, positioning and securing delivery roller cages and lifting loose boxed parts on the floor and overhead in trailer attic on/off trailer in/out of dealership. Weight lift/handling range 40 -75 lbs.
5. Parking. Trucks will be parked at the Davenport DC for Honda Parts. Drivers will share the break room in the DC.
