Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Prevention & Recovery, the Data Coordinator will track, collect, aggregate, analyze, and report quantitative and qualitative data and information from the MAT program to fulfill reporting requirements and keep stakeholders abreast of trends. This position will work closely with the organization evaluator, team members, consortium, and grantors to support program deliverables.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Data Coordinator: (Included but not limited to)
You'll report to the Director of Prevention and Recovery and:
- Working closely with the Director, MAT coordinator, evaluator, and Director of Grants in carrying out essential duties and responsibilities related to funding and best practices.
- Proactively anticipates and monitors for data collection issues that would inhibit the fulfillment of grant-reporting requirements and notifies the Director of P & R in a timely manner.
- Compiles and analyzes necessary information for reports to grantors and stakeholders.
- Ensures effectiveness and efficiency of the MAT program by routinely improving data collection, data measures, data entry, and training staff.
- Coordinates with staff and partners for timely submission of required reports.
- Collaborates with the EHR team to ensure accurate data entry for robust data reporting.
- Executes secure and effective data procedures.
- Maintains ethical and confidentiality rules and regulations in accordance with HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2.
- May be required to perform other duties as required.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: Skills/Knowledge/Abilities - Knowledge of office procedures and of spelling, grammar, punctuation, and arithmetic.

Education and Experience: - HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Degree in Computer Science, Public Health, Sociology, Epidemiology, or other relevant fields; two years experience with grant or contract data deliverables.
- Bi-lingual/bi-cultural (Navajo/English) preferred.
- Must have and maintain a valid New Mexico driver's license.
