Santa Fe Recovery Center is a leading provider of substance use disorder and mental health treatment and education services. We are looking for a full-time Data Coordinator to join our team at our Gallup offices. We offer a competitive salary range from $45,000 - $50,000 (BOE) and the Benefits shown below. Summary:


Under the supervision of the Director of Prevention & Recovery, the Data Coordinator will track, collect, aggregate, analyze, and report quantitative and qualitative data and information from the MAT program to fulfill reporting requirements and keep stakeholders abreast of trends. This position will work closely with the organization evaluator, team members, consortium, and grantors to support program deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications:

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
  1. Knowledge of office procedures and of spelling, grammar, punctuation, and arithmetic.
  2. Skill in communicating effectively in writing as appropriate.
  3. Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professional composure.
  4. Skill in collecting and analyzing complex data.
  5. Skill in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  6. Skill in managing one's own time.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines.
  8. Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion.
Education and Experience:
  1. HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
  2. Degree in Computer Science, Public Health, Sociology, Epidemiology, or other relevant fields; two years experience with grant or contract data deliverables.
  3. Bi-lingual/bi-cultural (Navajo/English) preferred.
  4. Must have and maintain a valid New Mexico driver's license.
