SIGNARAMA REDMOND, a member of the world’s largest network of independently-owned sign companies, is seeking a motivated, self-starter Commercial Sales / Project Manager for our commercial sign and graphics business, based in Redmond, WA. We strive to be our clients’ strongest brand advocate as the full-service specialist in custom-design, building and installing sign and graphics solutions.
As part of our Signarama Redmond team, this role will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, including prospecting, qualifying leads and converting leads to deals. In addition, this role will oversee the project management process including coordinating with clients and internal teams (design, production and installation teams) to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets for revenue and profitability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold-calling (phone and/or in-person), networking and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Manage the project management (light construction, multi-steps and multi-vendor process) to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the clients' satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (including management, designers, engineers, fabricators and installers) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Where required, conducting site surveys (taking survey photos, measurements and take observational notes on the site) as part of quoting process.
- Monitor and report on sales activities, project management status and sales performance metrics.
- Commit and invest time in personal development to grow expertise, industry knowledge and complete required professional development raining.
Qualifications:
- Associate Bachelors / Bachelors Degree in business, marketing or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales and project management. Experience in signage industry is plus but not required.
- Possess and exhibit a positive and winning attitude at the workplace and with customers.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and meeting/exceeding customer expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills, including ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in CRM software and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Outside Sales Rep Compensation:
- Position is FULL TIME position.
