Job description
Kelly Services is actively seeking a Sales Support Specialist (Medical Device) for a long term engagement (1+ years) with one of global clients. Can reside in the following areas: West Chester, PA; Raynham, MA; or in Warsaw, Indiana 46582.
Pay rate range: Open dependent on experience + benefits

Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy strategies in collaboration with field sales to enable sales growth objectives through ensuring appropriate resources are available and balanced throughout the US market.
The team supports field sales management in achieving optimal inventory turns efficiency by applying advanced analytics.
This role is the liaison between Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain relative to end-to-end efficient order management.
In support of efficient inventory turns management to support sales growth, this role will lead the allocation of field equipment using advanced analytics and insights to Sales Leadership.
The role directly contributes to achieve sales objectives and has a high level of interaction with Sales Leadership at multiple levels.
This specialist will engage with Sales Consultants and Senior FSO Leaders to provide insights on inventory deployment and tactical reallocation of field assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Support field sales management by working with Field Sales Organization
Customer Service to execute all field inventory orders
Support field sales management in deploying new assets, exchanging expiring equipment, and providing valuable sales data to optimize inventory
Liaison with sales force and marketing on Set Deployment; establish field sales work instructions, standard methodologies, enable reporting via Optimizer
Performs various data mining activities and analysis for sales and inventory partners
Qualifications Education:
BA/BS required
3 years minimum business experience required
Diplomatic and amiable written communication skills
Ability to make effective oral and written presentations that result in meeting the departmental goals/objectives
Adaptable to varying tasks based on team needs
Ability to work with varying collaborators to implement day-to-day tasks
Preferred:
History of applying an ERP systems ie. JDE/JDE One World or SAP
Exposure to data management for analysis preferred
Experience with inventory and sales analysis preferred
Experience in the Medical Device industry Preferred but not required
Background in operations, commercial operations and inventory management a plus
