Job description
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Warren, OH
Duration: Seasonal position until the week of 4th of July
Pay: $15-$16 per hour
Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday, possible overtime
Responsibilities:
- Invoicing orders and preparing shipping documents.
- Assisting with attendance tracking.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Supporting staff with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
- Supporting wholesale operations.
- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed.
- Requires computer proficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
