Company Overview:
Our client, a leading provider of health benefits solutions, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll Implementation Manager to join their team. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless software implementation and client satisfaction.

Role Overview:
As a Payroll Implementation Manager, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new clients onto our innovative PRISM HR software solutions. You will also assist existing clients in integrating new software services to enhance their HR operations. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and configure PRISM HR software accordingly.
- Guide clients through the implementation process, including system setup, data migration, testing, and training.
- Conduct training sessions for client contacts to maximize their utilization of the software.
- Ensure successful processing of initial client payrolls and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth transition post-implementation.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and serve as the primary point of contact for new clients.

Qualifications:

- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- Three to five years of relevant experience in customer service, payroll, or HR.
- Familiarity with timekeeping, onboarding, performance management, and learning management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience with PRISM HR software is preferred.

Certifications:
- Certified Payroll Professional or Fundamentals of Payroll Certification (optional).
- PHR or SHRM certification (optional).

Job Type: Full-time
Location: In-person (no remote option)
Salary: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
