Job description
This is a remote position.
As a remote travel advisor, you will have the exciting opportunity to help individuals and families plan their dream vacations and other travel arrangements from the comfort of your own home. Your primary responsibilities will include researching travel destinations, accommodation, transportation options, and activities to create customized itineraries that meet the needs and preferences of your clients. You will also be responsible for booking cruises, flights, hotels, tours, and other travel arrangements, as well as providing recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and local services.

Agent Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication, with a focus on empathy and active listening, to build rapport with clients and address their needs effectively. Extreme attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy in travel arrangements and documentation.
Travel Knowledge:
Proficiency in travel booking platforms, knowledge of destinations, and an understanding of travel logistics and best practices.
Organization:
Exceptional organizational skills to manage and focus on multiple travel itineraries, details and platforms simultaneously.
Problem-Solving :
Ability to find creative solutions when unexpected travel issues arise, suggest destinations, and make decisions based on client needs.
Certification and Training:
Complete training program and attend weekly trainings to continue to learn, adapt, and grow within the travel industry.
Multitasking:
The capability to handle various customer inquiries including but not limited to: booking travel, and managing itineraries, social media inquiries and phone calls simultaneously.
Adaptability:
Able to work and thrive in a remote environment, adapt to changing circumstances, and work flexible hours to service client base.

Dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations, delivering exceptional service, and creating memorable travel experiences to gain repeat business and referrals.
