FACE FOUNDRIÉ is a focused facial bar specializing in all things face; facials, lashes, brows and skincare. Our modern, open concept spaces promote a welcoming and relaxing environment. As a fast-growing franchisor, FACE FOUNDRIÉ is looking for an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our flagship store in Edina! This role will play a pivotal role in expanding our services to include aesthetics! Your expertise and attention to detail will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their desired aesthetic results safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to determine their aesthetic goals and develop personalized treatment plans
- Administer a range of aesthetic procedures, such as injectables, laser treatments, and skincare procedures following established protocols and maintaining strict adherence to safety standards and guidelines.
- Educate patients on treatment options, pre- and post-care instructions, and potential outcomes
- Use aseptic techniques and maintain a clean and sterile treatment environment to prevent infections and ensure the safety of clients.
- Accurately document client information, treatment details, and progress notes in electronic medical records systems.
- Ensure a comfortable and safe environment for patients throughout their experience
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in aesthetic treatments
- Maintain client confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism and empathy throughout the treatment process.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of Minnesota
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in aesthetic or cosmetic procedures is a plus
- Certification in relevant aesthetic procedures (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments) is a plus
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetics Knowledge of different types of cosmetic injectables, their indications, contraindications, and potential complications.
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients, addressing their concerns, and managing expectations.
- Commitment to providing outstanding patient care and delivering natural-looking results
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and basic computer skills.
