Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager in the C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI) which focuses on providing enterprise support to over 110 active Air Force, Air National Guard (ANG), and Air Force Reserve installations and bases. HNI also provides technical and policy support and provides C3I infrastructure for the USAF enterprise applications. .

LOCATION: Hanscom AFB, MA

JOB STATUS: Full Time; salaried

TRAVEL: Rarely

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Secret

EDUCATION:

• BA/BS, 10 years of experience, of which 3 years must be in the DoD
• OR GED with 4 years of experience, of which 2 must be in the DoD
• OR 15 years of directly related experience, of which 5 must be in the DoD

EXPERIENCE LEVEL : BA/BS; GED, or requisite years of experience

PROGRAM SPECIFIC REQUIRED SKILL SET:

T his position provides support to the HNI Enterprise leadership to facilitate successful execution of all programs within HNI. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support and maintain management reviews, meetings, and schedules
• Demonstrated experience in packaging and presenting briefings for senior level reviews. 
• Manage, review, and assign HNI taskers
• Manage Distinguished Visitor visits, including consolidating charts and briefings
• Prepare and engage in Program Management Reviews to PEO
• Manage PEO Activity Report (PAR) by tasking Branches and compiling inputs
• Support HNI Branches in the completion of X-Plans and Budget reviews
• Support Executive Officers in managing Senior Leader Action Tracker (SLAT)
• Proven problem solving skills
