Position Highlights:

• Traditional Outpatient Practice with shared call responsibilities.
• Call is 1:4 with daytime APP coverage, call is 1:5 on weekends.
• 3 Physician/3 Advanced Practice Provider model
• $552,633k Base Salary plus $24,500 Quality Performance Incentive, plus Productivity (wRVU).

• $5,500 Annual CME Allowance
