Job Title: Administrative Controller

Job Purpose:

As an Administrative Controller, you'll play a vital role in organizing and strategizing administrative tasks across all our businesses. Collaborating closely with senior executive leadership, you'll ensure efficient operations and contribute to our long-term growth plans.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain regular, reliable on-site attendance and serve as a strategic business partner to the senior executive leadership team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and government regulations, prioritizing patient care and professional standards.
- Analyze financial performance and assist in developing long-term operation goals, budgets, and forecasts.
- Provide insights and recommendations for short-term and long-term growth plans, identifying opportunities for process automation and increased efficiencies.
- Participate in management discussions and pivotal decisions related to strategic initiatives and operational models.
- Support acquisitions by conducting due diligence reviews and facilitating the transition of vendor contracts, accounting systems, and billing processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Oversee sales tax filings and assist with external audits as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of asset acquisitions and manage business taxes and related filings.
- Assist with cash flow planning, accounts payable, payroll, and other financial functions.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation standards are met.
- Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly recommended but not required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a controller.
- Proficiency in accounting practices and system implementation experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel as needed.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other software applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and positively influence team members.

Physical Demands:

- Occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, kneel, or reach for extended periods as required.
- Specific vision abilities including distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year, along with benefits such as:
