Job description

Job Title: Structural Engineer PE

The application will not be considered if you do not have "must-have" skills.

Job Type: Full-Time

Must Haves:
PE License (Must be valid in the following counties: Palm Beach, Broward, Miami)
Able to sign and seal Engineering Plans in state of Florida
Must have a Driver's License that is active/valid for a minimum of 3 years
Able to pass DT and Background Check, clean records

Nice To Have:
Experience with Aluminum

Prefers local, no relocation assistance

Hiring Radius: Depends on how far they want/can drive (as far as Miami, FL)

Willing to consider anyone, as long as they have PE License and is able to sign and seal Engineering Plans in state of Florida

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Sign and seal Engineering Plans in state of Florida

Drafts and reviews all plans and specifications for commercial and residential projects to ensure compliance with city state and federal laws and regulations

Initiates pre construction conferences with contractors and/or developers and associated staff members

Provides technical direction and assistance to inspection personnel relating to field projects.
