Job description
We are considered to be among the leading manufacturers of welding, assembly, automation, measurement, and control equipment in the automotive and aviation sectors. We construct highly automated production and assembly lines for automobiles, trucks, and household appliances.
Position Overview: HW/SW Design Leader is needed to join the organization, responsible for providing technical expertise for hardware and software design projects, including installation, electrical installation, PLC configuration, and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop HW/SW systems to meet customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for HW/SW projects.
- Perform hardware and software installation, configuration, and testing.
- Install and configure PLCs, robots, and other electromechanical systems.
- Develop and maintain a quality management system, including ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001.
- Manage the project design process, from conception to completion.
- Lead the HW/SW commissioning and troubleshooting activities.
- Contribute to the technical development of HW/SW systems.
- Develop and implement best practices for HW/SW design and engineering.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Software, or Robotic Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in HW/SW design and engineering.
- Proficiency in software design and development.
- Proficiency in SAP and PM tools.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001.
- Experience in project design and HW/SW commissioning.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
