Summary:
Supports the office operations at the dealership.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist Controller with projects and duties as assigned.
- Assist President/General Manager with projects and duties as assigned.
- Assist with Reception duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must have knowledge of principles and processes for providing exceptional customer service.
- Must have the ability to establish productive, cooperative relationships with customers, vendors, co workers and management.
- Must have knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as Microsoft Word and Excel, managing files and records and other office procedures.
- Must utilize effective time management skills and have the ability to work effectively and productively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have exceptional customer service skills including excellent phone etiquette.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Must possess strong organizational skills.
- Must be punctual, dependable and reliable.
- Must have the ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
- Must have a professional appearance and manner consistent with the dress code policy and best practices set forth by the President/General Manager.
