Job description

Communications Specialist needs 3+ years' experience
Communications Specialist requires:
-Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
-Ability to work effectively in teams, especially cross-functional groups
-Advanced communication skills with proven ability to drive strategic direction
-Experience creating communication campaigns
-Tech savvy with proven proficiency with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
-Experience with other internal communication, marketing, or collaboration tools such as WebEx and Microsoft Teams
Communications Specialist duties:
-Develop and implement communications plan, setting up communication systems and processes
-Partner with stakeholders developing templates and toolkits to streamline content and enforce consistency in messaging
-Develop communication tools such as newsletter, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and business review presentations
-Partner with stakeholders to create a communications roadmap based on business initiatives and desired outcomes
-Manage various meetings and events, including town halls, team engagement, and other events
-Create and develop new and interesting ways to engage team, using various tools and methods
-Be the liaison and build relationships with internal partners and stakeholders to garner support across portfolio

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 35.00 Per Hour
