Job description
Job Title: IT Test Analyst II (Quality Analyst)
Pay rate: $42 - $47 per hour
Duration: 02/05/2024 to 09/30/2024
W2 contract only (No C2C)
Location- Urbandale, IA, 50322
Remote would be fine but we would expect 1-2 weeks per year for onsite alignment and team building.
The Position Will:
Collaborate with multiple development teams to understand project requirements.
Develop and execute manual & automated test cases to verify the functionality, performance, and security of software applications and APIs for web app features.
Perform web performance testing, analyze and track results to build non-functional requirements.
Conduct regression testing to verify software changes and updates.
Identify, document, and track software defects and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies within the organization.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software testing.
Tools used: Apache Jmeter, Python, Databricks, Pyspark, AWS, BlazeMeter, Datadog, Drone, Gatling, Lighthouse, Rally, ADO, Confluence & GitHub.
In this position you will need to balance your time efficiently while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
