Job description

Staffing Connection is working with a company in Columbia, MD, that has an immediate need for a Sourcing Associate to support recruiting efforts.

• This person will be responsible for sourcing individuals within behavioral health, social services and special education fields. 
• This person will use job boards and other social media to find candidates for various openings, screen candidates, and forward over to the Recruiter. 
• This is an ongoing temporary assignment with potential to go perm.
