Roles and Responsibilities:
- Timely processing of all outbound material to the field.
- Analyze material and prioritize the dispositioning of parts.
- Handle all Software key requests: Receive requests, check validity, and send out keys.
- Ensure accurate and timely ASML shipments to customers.
- Handling of all daily emergency and priority orders for customers.
- Reporting and communication: Anticipate problems, communicate proactively across departments, report on production progress, delays, and causes.
- Ensure that information and material flows are handled according to regular processes and plans, solving deviations/disruptions quickly.
- Initiate improvements and participate in projects to optimize cross-sector business processes.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- 2+ years of experience in Material Handling, Inventory Control, and/or Inventory Management.
- General computer proficiencies including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
