Sales Advisors
Chrystal Jeep Dodge Ram of Irving is actively seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Advisors to help grow the book of business. We are actively seeking detail-oriented team-players with a high level of integrity and strong communication skills.
$1,000 BONUS UPON COMPLETING YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS OF SALES
Sales compensation will be based on experience and is commission-based. The PERFECT individual will gain tremendous earning potential!
Job Duties:
- Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot. The Sales Advisor accompanies customers on test drives, builds rapport, and conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
- Pursues prospective customers, promotes valid sales incentives, and maintains a follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business which contributes to customer satisfaction.
- Understands and clarifies vehicles' characteristics, capabilities, and features; and offers comparable and/or competitively priced sales options to potential customers. The Sales Advisor keeps up to date on new products and services within the industry.
- Submits customer sales documentation to Finance & Insurance Manager, along with properly completed paperwork (insurance information, trade title etc.). The Sales Advisor writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with the dealership policies.
- Attends product and sales training courses as requested by Sales Manager.
- Meets monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Management Team. The Sales Advisor sells and delivers a minimum number of vehicles per month.
Job Requirements:
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Basic computer operating knowledge
- Knowledge of Automotive CRM software is a bonus.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts. Proficiency to apply concepts of basic mathematics.
- Capability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
