Kelly® is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to work at a premier client in Eastlake!

1st shift: 8a-4p or 9a-5p
Location: Eastlake, Ohio
Pay: $18-20 based on experience
Temp to Hire

What’s a typical day as a Data Entry Clerk? You’ll be:
• Reconciling Field Service Labor Records to Job Detail Report in Epicor ERP
• Transferring hours data to Field Service Billing Worksheet and confirming billing rates
• Reviewing and pulling data from Concur to complete EXPENSES section on Field Service Billing Worksheet
• Entering data into Field Service Job Log
• Updating Service Call Log in Epicor
• Comparing data to Customer PO to confirm if over or under PO amount and entering it on the log
• Process Improvement 
• Scanning worksheet data and attaching it to SO in Epicor
• Notifying the relevant departments when the process is complete for further processing

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience in data entry or clerical work
• Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Have knowledge of Epicor ERP and Concur (preferred)
• Are able to work 1st shift (8-4 or 9-5)
