Job Title: Youth Sports & Family Entertainment Facility Promotion Manager
Job Overview:
The Youth Sports & Family Entertainment Facility Promotion Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance the visibility, reputation, and enrollment of a youth sports training facility. This role involves creating engaging marketing campaigns, building community partnerships, and utilizing various channels to effectively promote the facility's programs and services .
Key Responsibilities :
Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote youth sports programs , training sessions , and events .
- Collaborate with management to align marketing strategies with overall business goals .
Digital Marketing :
- Manage the facility's online presence , including the website and social media platforms.
- Create and curate content , such as articles , videos , and graphics , to engage and attract the target audience .
Community Outreach:
- Build and maintain relationships with schools , community organizations, and local businesses to promote the facility.
- Organize and participate in community events to increase awareness and participation.
Partnerships and Sponsorships :
- Identify and negotiate partnerships with local businesses , sports organizations , and influencers to enhance the facility's reach .
- Seek and secure sponsorship opportunities to support marketing initiatives .
Collateral Development:
- Create promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and digital assets .
- Ensure a consistent and compelling brand message across all promotional materials .
Advertising Campaigns:
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns through various channels , such as print , radio , online , and community bulletin boards .
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of advertising efforts .
Data Analysis:
- Use analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management for continuous improvement .
Event Promotion:
- Collaborate with event coordinators to promote tournaments , showcases, and other special events.
- Implement strategies to maximize attendance and participation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business , or a related field .
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the sports or recreation industry .
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
